Bring the whole family to this great place located very close to the beach. A spacious apartment full of light that features a living room, an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, 3 double bedrooms, a first one with a queen bed, a second one with with 2 twin beds and a third one with bunk beds, and a lovely terrace with side views of the sea.

Good to know

Kitchen equipment includes dishwasher, fridge oven, microwave, toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker. Wifi is available. Bed linen, towels and shower soap are provided for free. Extra cleaning can be delivered at a cost if you come for a long stay.

Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay. - Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost. - A deposit pre-authorisation up to 500€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed. - Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Natura. The check-in process was very easy, and everything was ready exactly when they said it would be. The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the beach. Although it's a bit farther from the town center, that wasn't an issue for us at all. The neighborhood has everything you might need: supermarkets, a bakery, cafés, beach bars, restaurants, a pharmacy... everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also has a large terrace and a small balcony. We especially loved the terrace, where we spent most of our time relaxing and having our meals. The separate laundry room was another great feature and proved to be very practical for a family with small kids. If we come back to Santa Pola, there's a very good chance we'll choose this accommodation again :) The only things we would mention as areas for improvement are the Wi-Fi and the cooling options. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, even when we were close to the router. It wasn't a major inconvenience for us, as we mainly used it to stream cartoons for the kids, make video calls with our family, and send a few photos, but it was noticeably slow, and we often had to switch to our mobile data. We were aware before booking that the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, so that wasn't a surprise. However, it might be worth considering some additional cooling options, as during particularly hot and humid nights, it could be difficult to cool down and get a good night's sleep.

Ubicación perfecta a 2 minutos de la playa. Casa amplia, limpia y acogedora. Con todo el equipamiento necesario. Zona tranquila. Muy fácil acceso y comunicación para acceder a la vivienda. No dudaría en repetir estancia.
