We were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with excellent air conditioning and a great location. Communication with the hosts was perfect – they were always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We especially appreciated that they allowed us a later check-out because of our late flight. Everything was excellent and we would definitely stay here again. Nothing. Everything was great and fully met our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Natura. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful views from the pool area. The location is also excellent, with some really lovely beaches nearby, which made it perfect for enjoying a family holiday. Everything went smoothly and communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania. Zgodny z opisem. Lokalizacja na 6+. Blisko plaża, port i mnóstwo restauracji. Kontakt z właścicielem błyskawiczny. Czysto i przyjemnie. W pełni wyposażony. Brakujące elementy zostały szybko dostarczone. Niezależne klimatyzacje ułatwiały życie 😎 Chętnie tam wrócimy 🏝️

La maison est très belle, parfaitement située et conforme à nos attentes. Le service est très réactif et disponible à la moindre question. La résidence est calme, propre et sécurisée, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Tout était parfait.

W apartamencie spedziliśmy blisko 10 dni na przełomie lipca i sierpnia 2026. Apartament jest duży, składa się z przedpokoju, schowka (pralka i suszarka) nowoczesnej i bardzo dobrze wyposażonej kuchni, dużego salonu z kanapą, TV, 2 stołami, biurkiem, 2 sypialniami (2 łóżka pojedyczne i jedno łóżko typu kingsize), 2 łazienek i bardzo dużego tarasu. Apartament posiada również prywatne miejsce parkingowego w garażu. Apartament wchodzi w skład budynku gdzie znajduje się łącznie około 10 podobnych apartamentów (po połowie na dale z tarasem i na górze z balkonem). Ten apartament ma najbliżej do basenu i chyba nigdy w życiu tak blisko nie mieliśmy - koło 4 metrów od tarasu, było to dla nas bardzo ważne, bo mogliśmy spokojnie odpoczywać i jednocześnie mieć dzieci na oku bawiące się w basenie. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, było w nim wszystko łącznie z pólkami pełnymi przypraw, makaronów itd, a także pełnym kapsułek kawy do Krupsa. Na miejscu były też rzeczy na plaże jak np parasol plażowy. Klucze odebraliśmy za pomocą kodu, a samo wejście do apartamentu jest również za jego pomocą - co było dla nas bardzo wygodne bo nie musieliśmy szukać miejsca odbioru, a nikt nie musiał na nas czekać, tym bardziej, że przyjechaliśmy późno w nocy. Na początku czekało na nas też zimne wino w lodówce. W apartamencie jest również bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, co przy 36c na zewnątrz było niezbędne. Dodatkowo wszystkie okna na taras były wyposażone w rolety zewnętrze, co również uważam za bezcenne bo już od 11 słońce pali i wlatuje do mieszkania. Apartament zlokalizowany w świetnym miejscu dla zwiedzających- nie daleko jest droga prowadzą z Alicante do Santa Pola czy niżej do Terravieja i Kartaginy. Dodatkowo obok jest mnóstwo sklepów jak Mercadona, Lidl, restauracje czy stacja paliw Repsol. Auto jednak jest niezbędne, bo do plaży mamy spory kawałek. Dodatkowy plus dla zarządcy Casa Natura Homes za wybitnie dobry kontakt, szybkie odpowiedzi i ogólną pomoc. Łóżka pojedyczne w pokoju były niewygodne, dla osób dorosłych moim zdaniem nie do spania - osobiście wymieniłbym materace na coś jednak lepszego, bo nie pasują do poziomu apartamentu. To samo dotyczy łazienek, posiadały, co prawda wszystko, co potrzebne to jednak płytki powinny być już wymienione po sezonie. Przydałaby się markiza tarasowa lub duży parasol na taras bo bez tego nie da się wysiedzieć na tarasie na pełnym słońcu.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på Casa Natura. Leiligheten var flott og moderne og hadde alt av utstyr vi trengte. Den hadde også en nydelig veranda med fantastisk utsikt.Det var gå avstand til strendene, restauranter og butikker så vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Ingenting

The apartment is super, very cozy! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea is just 2 minutes away on foot, and all the necessary shops are nearby. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Natura. The check-in process was very easy, and everything was ready exactly when they said it would be. The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the beach. Although it's a bit farther from the town center, that wasn't an issue for us at all. The neighborhood has everything you might need: supermarkets, a bakery, cafés, beach bars, restaurants, a pharmacy... everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also has a large terrace and a small balcony. We especially loved the terrace, where we spent most of our time relaxing and having our meals. The separate laundry room was another great feature and proved to be very practical for a family with small kids. If we come back to Santa Pola, there's a very good chance we'll choose this accommodation again :) The only things we would mention as areas for improvement are the Wi-Fi and the cooling options. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, even when we were close to the router. It wasn't a major inconvenience for us, as we mainly used it to stream cartoons for the kids, make video calls with our family, and send a few photos, but it was noticeably slow, and we often had to switch to our mobile data. We were aware before booking that the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, so that wasn't a surprise. However, it might be worth considering some additional cooling options, as during particularly hot and humid nights, it could be difficult to cool down and get a good night's sleep.

Obiek dużo lepszy niż w ofercie. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne. W ofercie nic nie było o pralce i suszarce do ubrań. Duze udogodnienie. Expres na kapsulki.
